The UK Convoy to EF
So the plans for this years furball run are up here: forum.ukfur.org/index.php
And for those who can't be bothered/won't look at UKfur, here's all the info you need:
PLEASE BE AWARE YOU NEED EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE OPTIONS CONFIRMED!
The skeleton plan for this year is as follows: (Hotel and service stops yet to be confirmed, ferry crossing will not change and as such can be booked immediately!)
LEG 1 - Monday 30th August
This is gonna be an early one guys and I'll explain why.
Meeting from 10:00am at our usual services (Maidstone), we shall be departing here by 11:15 at the latest. We will need to be at the ferry terminal in Dover for check in at approx 12:30 to take the 'Pride Of Canterbury' Ferry which leaves at 13:00. This crossing booked via www.poferries.com/tourist/bookJourney.html will cost you £40 on the outward journey if booked ASAP (P&O Special deal, thats £40 per car flate rate!)
The ferry arrives in Calais at 15:30. We will then drive to our Hotel which with either be Eindhoven or Antwerpen (I have a certain riverdog looking into this for us and details of the hotel will be with you by late May).
LEG 2 - Tuesday 31st August
Leaving our hotel, we then drive through to Magdeburg with a few service stops. This will let us arrive on the Early arrival day!
1st September - 5th september = EUROFURENCE BABY! laugh.gif
LEG 3 - Monday 6th September
Leaving Magdeburg, we shall head on back to the hotel we stayed at on the way through. Regular service stops to be confirmed.
LEG 4 - Tuesday 7th September
Leaving our hotel, we shall head for the UK again. We are allowing time for people to get duty free etc ready to return with.
You will need to book the following return ferry: Pride Of Burgundy on Tuesday 7th September at 16:55 (check-in commences at 16:25)
Drive to Maidstone Services, say goodbyes and return home
PLEASE NOTE: There are NO plans to visit the Nurburgring on this years run as they will not be open to the public at the time we are there.
We will update you as soon as possible on hotels and stop areas.

Due to our planning for this years run, Registration for this years Furball Run will be closed on August 1st! You can still come if registering after this date but will not recieve the specially printed car specific stickers or booklets.
